Questions About Prices, Payments and Travel in Phoenix

How much does wedding or quinceañera photo and video cost in Phoenix?

The Essential Package is $2,150 for 8 hours, the Complete Package $3,250 for 10 hours and the Deluxe Package $4,995 for 12 hours. Complete is the one families choose most. Quinceañeras use the same packages at the same prices; see wedding packages or quinceañera packages.

How do I hold my date with IAZ Photo Studio?

A $500 deposit holds your date and counts toward the total. You pay the rest in installments, in full one month before the event.

What happens if I cancel my event?

The deposit is the cancellation fee. Cancel 4 months or more before the event and you lose only the deposit. Cancel less than 4 months before and you lose everything paid.

Do you charge travel for events in Phoenix?

There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Beyond that, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the date. Tell us where your event is and we will confirm it.

Do you offer urgent service in Phoenix?

Yes. The Phoenix metro area is our urgent service area, with a premium on top of the normal price: $500 for events and $150 for sessions. You sign a digital contract before paying and pay in full by Zelle; read the details on urgent service.

Questions About Your Event Day in Phoenix

Can another photographer or videographer work at the event?

Yes, as long as they respect our work. Tell us ahead of time so we can agree on positions. If another photographer or videographer blocks our shots and keeps going after we ask, we can end the coverage that day. That way of working comes from a Waddell family's wedding, where another videographer kept stepping in front of our cameras even after we asked several times. Since then we agree on it with every family before the event. What to agree on with the other crew is in how we work (opens in a new tab).

What if it rains or it's very hot?

For sessions, rescheduling for weather is free; at the event, if the weather stops the outdoor part, the team may wait for it to improve within your continuous hours. In summer, plan the session for early morning or the last hour before sunset, with water and a covered spot nearby.

What happens if the photographer gets sick?

Another member of our team steps in. If nobody is available, you get a full refund.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Yes. We bring backup equipment to every event. We also take the group photo before the guests' phones come out.

Can I add hours or more crew to my package?

Yes. Each extra hour of coverage is $150. An additional photographer is $500 for the first 4 hours and $125 per hour after that; an additional videographer is $600 for the first 4 hours and $150 per hour after that. Extra crew is booked by the final payment date and never covers more hours than the package. Coverage ends at 10 p.m.; time after that is billed as extra hours.

Questions About Delivery, Sessions and Graduations

When do I get my photos and film?

You have 4 weeks after the event to select your photos; if you don't finish, we make the selection and it is final. From your selection, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for photo only and 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video. These are usual times, not a promise; the contract sets the final terms.

Can I print my photos, and how long do you keep my files?

Your downloads include permission to print for personal use, and you get 20% off professional prints through the online gallery. We keep your files for one year.

How much is an engagement or quinceañera session?

Essential is $350 (1 hour, 10 photos), Classic $550 (1 hour, 20 photos and a framed 16×20) and Signature $750 (1.5 hours, 30 photos and a framed 20×30). A $150 non-refundable deposit books it, the balance is due 48 hours before, and you can reschedule with 72 hours' notice. An adult must be present with anyone under 18.

Do you do graduation photos near Phoenix?

Yes. Graduation packages are $250, $395 and $595, and there is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts. See the details on graduation photos.
